Hi, I am Christiana, a multi-lingual international performer, life coach and podcast producer.

Having discovered  from a very young age that the arts spoke a universal language and was a constant everywhere, I never missed an opportunity to perform, as I knew that this would become my profession. After completing my professional training at BodyWork Company Cambridge (3-year Trinity Level 6 Diploma) and gaining an MA in Music Theatre from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, I went on to perform for companies such as Universal Studios, Warner Brothers and AIDA cruises.

A close second to performing is my huge passion for the wellbeing of artists and creatives. Hence in 2020 I qualified as a Transformational Life Coach with the Animas School of Coaching. As a certified Life Coach I have the professional tools and knowledge to help clients with various things, such as reach their career goals and plans, overcoming limiting beliefs, overcoming stage fright, mental self care etc. and with anything they feel they need guidance in. I am also a qualified Mental Health First aider.

As the founder of "Artist Avenue Podcast" I created an outlet to celebrate the individual journeys of creatives around the world, who highlight that there is no right or wrong way to pursue a creative career.
